Civil Application has been taken by under Part III Chapter XXXII Rule 2 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 by petitioner no.3 seeking leave to engage separate/independent Advocate.

In this situation, after hearing learned Counsel, without prejudice to the contentions of the parties in the matter, we transpose petitioner no.3 back as respondent no.3 so that she can engage

Advocate of her choice. Necessary amendment be carried out by the petitioner no.3 - Vandana within one week from today. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
