Today, the learned Counsel for appellant nos.3 and 4, filed on record a Pursis along with the calculations of amounts falling to the respective shares of appellant nos.1, 3 and 4. The same is now taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The learned Counsel for the appellant no.1, on instructions, admitted the aforesaid calculations. 4.
The Civil Application No.2012/2023 is filed by appellant nos.3 and 4 for withdrawal, whereas Civil Application No.299/2024 is filed by appellant no.1 for withdrawal.

Since, all these applicants have agreed for withdrawal of amount as mentioned in the calculation chart at 'X', both the applications stand allowed and the applicants/appellants nos.1, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw their respective amounts as shown in the
2 32.caf.2012.2023 aforesaid calculation chart 'X' along with the accrued interest thereon till date. Both the applications stands disposed of.

The appellant nos.3 and 4 are entitled for withdrawal of their amount in equal proportion and the Registry is directed to transmit their respective amounts directly into their bank accounts, as provided by them. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE , J.
