The appellants are seeking correction of certain typographical errors in the judgment dated 21.12.2018 in Second Appeal 428 of 2017.

Shri B.N. Mohta, the learned counsel for the appellants states that copy of the note for speaking to minutes is duly served on Shri S.A. Mohta, the learned counsel for respondents, on 7.1.2019. None appears on behalf of the respondents.

However, since the correction is only of inadvertent errors, this note for speaking to minutes can be disposed of. In paragraph 3, line 7 instead of "during pendency of the suit", the following be substituted "prior to suit as per report of bailiff".

In paragraph 4, line 2 instead of "Manoj Kanojiya" "Mohanlal Kanojiya" be substituted.
