DATE : 22 nd OCTOBER, 2019 The applicants are personally present in the Court. In the Court, the learned counsel for the respondents - plaintiffs Shri P. R. Agrawal, Shri Jaideep Chandurkar, the learned counsel for the applicants has sought instructions from the applicants, and on instructions, he makes the following statement: The applicants shall deliver peaceful and vacant possession of the suit property i.e. plot number 6 to the respondents, within sixty days.

The statement recorded is treated as an undertaking to the Court and breach thereof shall invite action under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Civil Revision Application 82 of 2019 is disposed of in terms
