Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the contents of the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made in the application needs to be granted.

While disposing of the civil application on 8.7.2015, we were inclined to direct the appellant to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to the respondent during the pendency of the appeal inclusive of the amount which the respondent must be receiving from the appellant towards maintenance. In the circumstances of the case, the prayer made in the application is granted.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

At the request of the learned counsel for the respondent, the applicant-appellant is directed to deposit the monthly maintenance in the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pawni, District-Bhandara for the convenience of the respondent.
