DATE: 13-06-2018 Prayer is to condoned the delay in filing the Second Appeal. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in para Nos. 4 to 6 of the application. The prayer as made is opposed by the learned Counsel for the nonapplicants No.1 and 2. It is submitted that the reasons stated are not sufficient.

Considering the fact that the decree sought to be challenged in the present appeal is also under challenge in Second Appeal No.104/2016 and the fact that present applicants were added as party in the appeal before the District Court, the delay in filing the appeal stands condoned.
