Civil Application (CAF) No.125/2021 The applicant/respondent No.1 herein has sought withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body.

Having considered the reasons stated in the impugned judgment and award and the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the

2/2 compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body. 50% of the said shall be paid on furnishing usual undertaking and the balance 25% shall be paid on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The civil application stands disposed of.
