By this application the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.09.2016 passed in L.A.C. No. 50/1987 by the Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Nagpur. The appellant has filed a pursis on record to show that entire amount of compensation is already deposited by the appellant. 3.

In view of that the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.09.2016 passed in L.A.C. No. 50/1987 by the Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Nagpur, be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

The Civil Application No. 1083 of 2018 is disposed of.
