The limited prayer made by the Petitioners is to direct the Respondents to take decision on the proposal dated 5 June 2018 submitted by the Petitioners.

On 29 January 2021, we adjourned the Petition for the learned Government Pleader to take instructions within how much time the decision on the proposal of the Petitioners would be taken. We adjourned the matter so that before fixing the time-limit, we wanted to give opportunity to the Respondents to find out the time-limit in view of the other commitments. No response is received from the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 and therefore having

05.02wp578 of 2021.odt given opportunity, which the Respondents have not availed of, we direct that the Respondents will decide the proposal within a period of eight weeks. The present incumbents, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, will ensure that this time-limit is adhered to. 3.
