In order dated 05.07.2023, in paragraph No.4 in the order it is inadvertently mentioned that "Now, investigation of the crime is completed and chargesheet is filed". As far as the observation is concerned, it is correctly mentioned that "Now, investigation of the crime is completed", however, the further sentence "and chargesheet is filed" is inadvertently mentioned. It will not cause any prejudice to the other side. Hence, correction is required to be made in paragraph No.4 as well as paragraph No.23 as follows:

The correction in paragraph No.4 shall be made as "Now, investigation of the crime is completed". is correctly mentioned. The further sentence "and charge-sheet is filed" is to be struck off.

In paragraph No.23 the sentence "Here, in the present case also, the investigation is completed" is correctly mentioned. But, further sentence that "and chargesheet is filed" is to be struck off.
