This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of First Information Report in Crime No.503/2020 registered with Police Station Kamptee, District Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 471 and 477 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned A.P.P. has filed reply and submitted that no material is found against this applicant and, therefore, the charge-sheet is not filed against him. 4.

In view of the above said submission, the application is disposed of with liberty to apply fresh if supplementary charge-sheet is filed.
