NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 162 OF 2014 IN WRIT PETITION NO.1771 OF 2013 (Maharashtra Suraksha Rakshak Va Asangathit Kamgar Sanghatana and others vs. Shri Dinesh Deshpande ) __________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's orders or directions and Registrar's orders.

Shri M.V. Mohokar, Advocate for petitioners.

Shri Rajurkar, Advocate h/f Shri Anilkumar, Advocate for respondent.

---------- CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND P.N. DESHMUKH, JJ.

DATED : MARCH 7, 2016 The petitioners point out that their salary as Security Guards for the period from January 2013 to August 2013 has not been paid.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent points out the nature of dispute. According to him, till this Court passed interim orders, there was some confusion and this has led to non payment.

In this situation, as we find that issue needs to be finally looked into and unless final relief in the main petition is granted, we cannot hold that respondent has committed contempt in any way, We dispose of the contempt petition. However, it is made clear that we

0703cp162.14 2/2 have permitted petitioners to add a prayer for this salary in the main petition.
