Civil Application No.1872 of 2015 is filed by the respondents/applicants for withdrawal of remaining amount under the Award with interest. Learned Counsel for the applicants states that First Appeal No.475 of 2010 was dismissed on 23.7.2015. That being so, since the appellant has deposited the Award amount in this Court, remaining 50 % of the said amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the respondents/applicants with interest thereon. The application is allowed accordingly.
