Heard Shri Tarun Parmar, learned counsel (appointed) for the petitioner and Mrs. M.H. Deshmukh, learned APP for the respondents.

The learned APP produces a copy of an order dated 02.09.2016. It is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'A'. By said order, the State Government directed release of the petitioner forthwith subject to his completing 14 years of actual imprisonment.

The learned APP makes a statement that accordingly, the petitioner is released from prison on 03.09.2016.

Accepting the statement, we dispose of the present proceedings as infructuous.

The charges of counsel appointed for the petitioner are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
