DATED : 01-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No. 1 has moved this application to permit him to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited by the appellant in the Court. Though the learned Advocate for the appellant objected to the withdrawal of the said amount, having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the record, I deem it appropriate to allow the application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, on furnishing a usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J). 3.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the applicant/respondent No. 1 as per the award within four weeks, on his furnishing an undertaking as well as the bank account details to the registry. 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
