DATE : 3.10.2018.
By order dated 19th June, 2017 this Court directed issuance of notice to six accused whose names are referred in the order dated 19th June, 2017 to show cause why bail granted to them pursuant to the order passed by the Sessions Court should not be cancelled. Shri N.R. Patil, learned A.P.P. as also Shri A.S. Jaiswal, learned Senior Advocate and Shri Prasad Dharaskar, Advocate have submitted that the charge-sheet is filed against all the accused. In these facts, I see no reason to proceed in the matter further. However, learned Magistrate is directed to expedite the trial and complete it within one year. If any of the accused fails to co-operate and attempts to protract the matter, the learned Magistrate may refer the matter for cancellation of bail. With the above directions and observations, the proceedings are closed.
JUDGE Tambaskar.
