It is contended by learned Counsel for intervener that original applicant, who is Director of M/s. Shahakar Awas India Ltd. having Registered Office at Sahakar Bhavan, Hanuman Galli, Sitabuldi, Nagpur and Corporate Office at Shivalik Complex, Bansi Nagar, Hingna Road, Nagpur though was issued with notices, same are returned back unserved for want of correct address. According to applicant, notices were issued on the addresses available, but were returned back unserved and as such, he has filed this application for permission to issue public notice in daily newspapers "Lokmat" and "Nav Bharat".
