By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondent No.3- Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Buldhana, to decide the application filed by the Petitioner for grant of appointment in Class-III (Senior Clerk) Category in terms of the recommendations made by the Lad-Page Committee. 2.

The Petitioner has relied upon the Government Resolutions dated 21October 2011, 26 February 2014, and 10 November 2015, whereby, pursuant to the recommendations of the Lad-Page Committee, an appointment for the kin of Safai Kamgar, who had retired from service, can be made. However, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6155 of 2014, wherein this Court had directed the State Government to

16.02 wp452 of 2021.odt take a review of the policy in view of the fact that the recommendations of the Lad-Page Committee were made 40 years ago, a review was taken and the Government Resolution dated 11 March 2016 was issued. The Petitioner's prayer for grant of employment in Class-III (Senior Clerk) Category is not contemplated under this policy.
