The learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move application before the District Court praying for directions regarding holding of elections of the public trust.

The petition is disposed as withdrawn. The parties to bear their own costs.

The learned Assistant Charity Commissioner by the order dated 9th December, 2014 has appointed Managing Committee to administer the affairs of the public trust as it is found that only two recorded trustees are managing the trust. Considering the facts on record, the petitioners are granted liberty to move application before the learned District Judge for directions for conducting elections of the public trust by the authority specified by the District Court.
