Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that FIR No. 3946 of 2014 registered by Police Station Gittikhadan, Nagpur on 22nd of October, 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code was registered due to dash given by a car to a motor cycle belonging to applicant no.1. He submits that the complainant i.e. applicant no.1 as well as accused i.e. applicant no.2 have now arrived at a compromise. We see reason that the applicants want to buy peace and therefore, we think it is the fit case to exercise the power under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Code and offence should be allowed to be compounded. That being so, we make the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application (APL) No. 530 of 2015 is allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (a) of the application.
