Vide order dated 12.08.2022 ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the applicants subject to certain conditions. The important condition was with regard to their attendance at the concerned Police Station as and when the presence is required. They failed to obey this condition. Therefore, vide order dated 13.10.2022 specific directions was given to them to attend the Police Station on Monday and Saturday of every week between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.

Investigating Officer has filed the additional affidavit on record and stated that applicants have not complied this condition. Learned Advocate for the applicant

The discretionary relief was granted in favour of the applicants. They have made by the mockery of discretion used in their favour by this Court.

In view of this position, they do not deserve any sympathy and indulgence.

I have perused the record and proceedings. On merits also I am not convinced to grant the application made by the applicants on merits as well as on account of breach of the important condition. The application deserves to be rejected. Hence the application is rejected. 7.
The Investigating Officer to proceed further with the investigation and complete at the earliest in accordance with law.
