By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the Government Resolution dated 13.12.2013 issued by the respondent no.1 as well as the communication dated 4.7.2015 issued by the respondent no.5 - Block Development Officer. Shri P.P. Thakare, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the validity of Government Resolution dated 13.12.2013 along with other Government Resolutions that were issued for implementing the provisions of the Right to Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 was considered at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.9026/2014 and by judgment dated 15.12.2015, while upholding the said Government Resolution, certain directions have been issued as regards steps to be taken by the respondent nos.1 and 2 in the matter of implementing the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

Shri N.S. Khubalkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos.1 and 2 and Shri S. Saoji, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, do not dispute

2 wp4685.15.odt the aforesaid fact that the issues raised in the writ petition stands covered by the judgment dated 15.12.2015 at the Principal Seat.

Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 15.12.2015 in Writ Petition No.9026/2014, the present writ petition stands disposed of. The directions issued therein would enure benefit to the petitioner herein. There would be no order as to costs.
