Though caste claim could not be decided within stipulated time, it is admitted that subsequently there is an adjudication. 2.
Hence, with liberty to petitioner to take such steps as are available to him in the matter and keeping all his contention intact, we extend time till passing of order by Scrutiny Committee and dispose of the Contempt Petition.
