CIVIL APPLICATION (O) NO.1377 OF 2017 Heard Shri Shende, learned counsel for the applicants, Smt. Barabde, learned Assistant Government Pleader for non-applicant nos.1 and 2 and Shri Parsodkar, learned counsel for non-applicant no.3.
(2) This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 17.10.2016.
(3) The application is filed on affidavit. The affidavit is given by Advocate Prashant Namdeo Shende. After having gone through the contents of the statements of facts made on the affidavit, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of accordingly. The delay is condoned.

CIVIL APPLICATION (stamp) NO. 14600 OF 2017 (4) This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 17.10.2016, whereby the application filed on behalf of the applicant for the review of the judgment of this Court was refused for non-removal of office objections.
(5) Shri Shende, learned counsel for the applicants himself filed his affidavit supporting the application. (6) Smt. Barabde, learned Assistant Government Pleader is represented for non-applicant nos.1 and 2 and Shri Parsodkar, learned counsel is represented for non-applicant no.3. (7) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 17.10.2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside.
(8) The application for review is restored to the file. (9) Counsel for the applicant shall remove office objection within a period of four weeks from today. (10) Shri Shende, learned counsel submits that he will voluntarily pay the costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
