By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent no.1-Assistant Charity Commissioner to take necessary action in pursuance of the letter dated 07.07.2014. It would not be proper to issue such directions in exercise of the writ jurisdiction, when the petitioners have not shown any right in the petitioners to seek such directions and any duty cast upon the authority to initiate action in pursuance of the letter of the respondent no.2. If the respondent nos.6 and 7 are the trustees and they are misusing their position, the petitioners have remedies under the provisions of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
