It is submitted by learned counsel for appellant that as per the order passed by this court on 05/07/2017, appellant was directed to pay additional costs of Rs.2000/-.

It is submitted that in view of the order passed by this court on 28/06/2017, period for filing of private paper book was extended to two weeks and that period has not expired on 05/07/2017, however this fact was not brought to the notice of this court and as a result, additional costs of Rs.2000/- were directed to be paid by appellant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for appellant that his private paper book is ready and he will be filing the same during the course of the day. In view thereof, earlier direction of imposing further costs of Rs.2000/- is set aside, as it is pointed out that appellant has already deposited the costs of Rs.1500/-.
