The prayer in the present petition is to direct respondents to decide notice-cum-representation-complaint dated 08.06.2025.

According to the petitioner, the prayer is innocuous. However, considering the date of issuance of notice/representation i.e. 08.06.2025 and date of filing of the present petition which is 23.06.2025, it is evident that within 15 days of making of such representation, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present petition without giving sufficient time to the authority to decide such notice/ representation.

We deprecate such practice and accordingly, we dismiss the writ petition with costs of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to be paid to the M/s. High
