Present application is filed by the claimant/cross-objector for condonation of delay in filing cross-objection.

It is the contention of the claimant/crossobjector that there is delay of 1542 days in filing the present cross-objection. It appears that affidavit of applicant is filed on 11.1.2016, however, the date of filing of cross-objection appears to be 9.7.2019. For the reasons stated in para 7 of the application, the delay in filing cross-objection is hereby condoned. However, the applicant-cross-objector is not entitled to receive any interest for the delay period. Registry is directed to register the cross-objection. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
