The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has filed Pursis bearing ST No. 02/2021 informing that appellant no. 2 Vaishali Manoj Dhumale is expired on 25/9/2020. The learned counsel for the respondent also filed Pursis bearing ST No. 03/2021 informing that the appellant no. 1 Sindhutai Rambhau Dhumale is also expired on 10/03/2020. Both these appellants are expired. It also appears that the connected Second Appeal No. 476/2017 is abated on 18/4/2022 wherein the appellants are same. As both the appellants are died, the appeal is abated. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
