We permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Committee on 07.07.2025 in the matter of deciding the claim of the petitioner for issuance of validity.

We are informed that the Vigilance Cell enquiry is already in progress. 4.

That being so, we direct the respondent-Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 30.08.2025. 5.
