After giving a thoughtful consideration to the material placed before me by the prosecution, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, the learned

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the applicant has withdrawn the application the Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why the application is required to be rejected.
