This application filed by the applicantrespondent for grant of early hearing of the appeal which is of the year 2013.

It is verified from the registry that the appeals of the years 2009 and 2010 are being taken up for final hearing. The paper book is yet not prepared in the present matter. In that view, the prayer of the applicant-respondent cannot be granted at this stage. The application is, therefore, rejected. Liberty to applicant to move application for early hearing after a period of one year.
