For the reasons stated in the application and as after going through the application for condonation of delay, I find that sufficient cause has been shown for delay in filing the applications for setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 3.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
