Heard.
We find that following order will meet the ends of justice :
(1) Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have handed over twenty-four membership application forms to learned counsel Shri Aditya Gohakar for the petitioners. Those forms are to be used by six petitioners and eighteen deponents, who have filed their affidavits on record of present writ petition along with pursis Stamp No.7251 of 2016.
(2) These twenty-four persons shall submit the forms duly filled in with necessary documents and complete all formalities to enable them to .....2/-
wp4763.15 claim membership of respondent No.1association, within a period of two weeks from today.
(3) If necessary, the persons seeking enrollment/membership can seek inspection of bye-laws/constitution of association and same shall be provided to him in accordance the Rules and Regulations governing it during office hours.
(4) After receipt of complete and duly filled in membership applications, respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall arrange for its due evaluation and consideration, within next seven months.
Decision either way shall be communicated in writing to the concerned applicants immediately after it is reached or then at the end of period of seven months.
With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs JUDGE JUDGE !! BRW !!
