The petitioner who is pursuing his education seeks issuance of validity certificate pursuant to verification of his tribe-claim. According to the petitioner his uncles have been issued a validity certificate by the Scrutiny Committee at Aurangabad and Nashik.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent on instructions submits that presently the proceedings are pending with the Scrutiny Committee at Yavatmal and directions if any should be issued to that Committee.
In the light of aforesaid and as the petitioner is a student coupled with the fact that his uncles have been issued a validity

(i) The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee at Yavatmal on 05/09/2022.
(ii) The said Scrutiny Committee shall consider the petitioner's tribe-claim on its own merits and in the light of the validity certificate issued to his uncles expeditiously and within a period of two months from the date of the petitioner's appearance before the said Committee. The claim be decided in accordance with law.
