DATED : 28/01/2021 The applicant herein has sought leave to withdraw the interest component of Rs.1,39,815/- deposited by the appellant-acquiring body as per the judgment and award dated 11.08.2016 in L.A.C. No. 46 of 2008.

The applicant who was the Claimant in the Reference case was earlier allowed to withdraw the principle amount. Having gone through the impugned judgment and reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, applicant is permitted to withdraw the interest component of Rs.1,39,815/- on filing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial). The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. 3.

Time to file paper book is extended by eight weeks.
