DATE : November 13, 2019 The order passed by the trial Court below Exhibit-107 refusing to grant permission to the defendants to place on record certain documents after conclusion of the evidence of the plaintiff is the subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the application in question it is seen that there are no cogent reasons assigned for seeking production of that document especially after the plaintiff concluded their evidence. The fact that the said rent agreement is dated 17/01/2018 and the application was filed on 27/09/2018 at a belated stage has been considered by the trial Court while rejecting the said application. I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. The writ petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.
