The accused is apprehending arrest in Crime 174 of 2018 registered with Police Station Sakoli for offence punishable under Section 65(A) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act.

The submission is that the accused has no criminal antecedent which is not controverted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.H. Joshi. 4.

The name of the applicant has surfaced in the interrogation of the co-accused.

In the light of the material on record, the application is allowed. The interim order dated 02-7-2018 is confirmed subject to the modification that the applicant shall report Police Station Sakoli as and
