By this application, the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 4 have sought withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the appellant-acquiring body.

Having gone through the reasons stated in the application, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon, subject to filing an undertaking that the amount will be refunded in the event the appellant succeeds in the appeal. The application stands disposed of.
