DATE : July 22, 2016 On 13/07/2016 the writ petition was disposed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29/10/2015 by filing an appeal. The amount of Rs.4,08,150/- has already been deposited by the petitioner. It is therefore prayed in the application that no coercive steps be taken by the respondents till further orders are passed in the appeal. The prayer as made is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of aforesaid, till appropriate orders are passed in the appeal under provisions of Section 7(O) or (I) of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. Similarly in paragraph 6(b) of the judgment dated 13/07/2016 the figure 4,8,150/- is corrected to Rs.4,08,150/-. Civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
