(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant/Insurance Company is present through his counsel Shri P.N. Khadgi. None for the respondents.

Out of respondent Nos. 1 to 6, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 are the original claimants and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are the formal repsondents The appellant has filed Pursis stating therein that, they do not want to proceed with this appeal and hence withdrawing the same. They said that, they have already deposited the whole decretal amount, till the date of deposit. In view of the Pursis, this appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6/claimants are at liberty to withdraw the decretal amount in the same ratio as decided by the trial Court. The appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The proceedings is closed.
