Perused the application. The respondent No.4 is reported to be dead. Notice was issued to legal heirs of respondent No.4 i.e. respondent No.4(a). Notice was duly served. None appears for respondent/legal heirs, though served. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The legal heirs of respondent No.4 be brought on record.

The necessary amendment be carried out in the appeal memo within two weeks.
