In this writ petition, the order dated 27.03.2017 passed in R.D. No.337 of 2016 allowing the application Exh.11 and thereby issuing possession warrant, is under challenge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly points out the possession receipt which shows that, after the impugned order on 11.01.2019, the possession was taken through Court.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
