In clause (ii) of the order dated 11.07.2023 it is inadvertently mentioned as "in the event of arrest" though it was regular bail application.

The application was for regular bail. The words "in the event of arrest" is inadvertently mentioned in clause (ii) of the operative part of the order dated 11.07.2023. The words "in the event of arrest" be deleted and same be read as under :- "The applicant - Pradip s/o Devrao Gedam in Crime No.207/2022 registered at police station Shegaon, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under

(2) 71.appp.1132.2023 Sections 376(2)(n) and 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand) with one surety in the like amount."
