Heard Shri S.D. Khati, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has not placed on record dimensions of his property or width of road. The submission is, for widening of that road, compound wall of house of the petitioner need not be demolished. 3.

The petitioner does not have any title to land on which house property is constructed. He claims that his prayer for regularization thereof is pending. 4.

We find the pleadings insufficient. Hence, writ petition is rejected. No costs.
