The applicant is seeking for suspension of execution of sentence. It is urged that during the pendency of trial, the applicant was on bail and he has deposited entire fine amount. The Trial Court has also suspended the execution of sentenced vide order dated 26.11.2020 passed Exhibit 84.

The appeal will take its own time for disposal in accordance with law. There are arguable points in the appeal.

Having regard to these facts, execution of substantive sentence stands suspended till final disposal of appeal. In the meantime, the applicant is released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.

CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 506 OF 2020 The accused convicted in Special Child Case No. 117 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 354-A and 452 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years and to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/- in default of payment of fine he shall suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months. 2.
