DATED : NOVEMBER 15, 2016 This is an application for early hearing on the ground that appellant, who is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, is likely to retire within four months. Shri Palshikar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent, has no objection for allowing the application.

It is found that in compliance to the order passed by this Court, private paper book is prepared. In that view of the matter, criminal application is allowed. The criminal appeal be shown in the board for final hearing.
