According to counsel for petitioner revision has been heard by Hon'ble Minister on 27.6.2018 but no orders, even of interim nature, are passed. The respondents are in the meanwhile trying to remove the consumers attached to shop of petitioner and give it to adjacent shop.

Shri A.M. Kadukar, learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that he has no instructions on facts as matter is new.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 (caveator) states that after 27.6.2018 Hon'ble Minister has fixed the revision for final hearing on 20th July, 2018 and effort of petitioner is to unduly pressurize the Authority hearing revision.

If cognizance of revision is already taken and it has to be heard finally on 20.7.2018 and parties have to wait till then, we find that status quo prevailing as on today needs to be preserved. Accordingly, we direct the

2 wp3794.18 parties to maintain status quo as on today till respondent No.1 passes further orders in the matter.

With these directions and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of writ petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
