This is an application seeking a modification in the description of respondent No.1 - Bhagirati w/o Zawarchand Malviya, who has been stated to be the widow of Zawarchand Malviya, in the impugned judgment and award, as well as in the first appeal and the various applications made therein.

Mr. Khushlani, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, submits that in fact Mr.Zawarchand Malviya is alive and therefore, the error is inadvertent.

Mrs. Naik, learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company also confirms the same.

In this view of the matter, the application needs to be allowed. The error be corrected in the proceedings to read as under:

"In place of Bhagirati wd/o Zawarchand Malviya", it should be read as "Bhagirati w/o Zawarchand Malviya".
