DATED : 23 /07/2018 1] Though we find that certain issues having bearing on policy followed while effecting admissions to 11th Standard through CAP need consideration, we are not inclined to disturb the admissions finalized so far.

2] Hence, keeping those contentions alive and in view of the order which we intend to pass immediately after this order, we dispose of present writ petition. JUDGE JUDGE ************ 1] Today, this Court has disposed of W.P. No. 3831/2018 filed by two schools, their management and five parents. Challenge was to application of roster, both vertical and horizontal in filling in seats for 11th standard.

2 wp3831.2018 2] As we were not inclined to disturb admission already effected and grievance of those petitioners has been substantially redressed, we have asked and Advocate Kulkarni has accordingly agreed to file a fresh petition raising necessary ground so that the errors noticed in academic year 2018-19 are not repeated in next year.

3] Hence, on the basis of this order, Registry to register an independent PIL. Advocate Kulkarni as amicus shall present a proper petition on the subject. 4] Ms. K.R. Deshpande, learned AGP waives notice for respondents in PIL.

5] List that PIL after three weeks.

6] If necessary, Advocate Kulkarni can again inspect the records of respondent no. 3 for raising appropriate challenge.
